Carletta McKinney-Alexander (President/CEO) was born and raised in Seattle, WA. She started in the Hospitality industry as a Hotel Operator right out of high school in 1998. Over the years she worked her way through the ranks by having experience as a Reservations Agent, Reservations Manager, Revenue Manager, Sales Manager, and Director of Sales & Marketing. She has worked with a range of hotels from limited service to full service hotels. Carletta has been very successful at the hotels she previously was employed with. This has been proven by continuously increasing Customer loyalty, increasing the bottom line by focusing on occupancy, rate, and RevPAR. 

She moved from Seattle, WA to the Washington, DC Metro area in October of 2005 where she set out to obtain more experience in the hotel industry and to have a new experience being away from the Pacific Northwest. During her time in the Washington, DC Metro area she has developed great relationships within the area. She also went through a program offered with the FBI Washington Field Office in April of 2007 “Citizens’ Academy” which after the class she joined the FBI Citizens' Academy Alumni Association of Washington, DC. The Association is active in the community focusing on “at risk youth”. She also achieved her CGMP (Certified Government Meeting Professional) in July of 2007.
